• 胸圍：將捲尺繞過胸部最豐滿處，保持水平。
• 腰圍：將捲尺繞過自然腰線，保持適度鬆緊。
• 肩寬：從左肩端點到右肩端點的直線距離。
• 衣長：從肩膀最高點（領口接縫處）垂直量到下擺。
• 袖長：從肩膀端點量到袖口邊緣。

How to Measure
• Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level.
• Waist: Wrap the tape around your natural waistline, keeping it comfortably snug.
• Shoulder: Measure straight across from the edge of one shoulder to the other.
• Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (neck seam) straight down to the hem.
• Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the edge of the sleeve.
